Housing in the South East is facing a challenging time:

  • Demand for low cost home ownership options are at an all time high
  • Waiting lists for rented accommodation are escalating
  • The annual shortfall of affordable homes stands at 80,000 plus
  • Delivering the Government’s environmental targets for new and existing stock is a top priority

But with every challenge comes a real opportunity.
